1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Connecting 4 Business Partner Portal (the "Portal"), operated by Connecting 4 Business Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales.

By creating an account and using the Portal you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not register or use the Portal.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at service@connecting4business.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Partner Relationship

Your use of the Portal is subject to any separate partner or introducer agreement you have entered into with Connecting 4 Business Ltd. These Terms supplement and do not replace that agreement. Where there is a conflict, the partner agreement prevails.

You are an independent partner, not an employee, agent with authority to bind, or representative of Connecting 4 Business Ltd. You must not represent yourself as such.

4. Use of the Portal

You may use the Portal only for its intended business purpose — submitting and managing leads, tracking referrals, and communicating with our team. You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fabricated lead information.
• Access, probe, or test the Portal's systems without authorisation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the Portal by automated means.
• Resell, sublicense, or share access to your account with third parties.
• Use the Portal in any way that violates applicable law, including UK data protection law.

5. Lead Submissions

When you submit a lead through the Portal:

• You confirm that you have a lawful basis for sharing the contact's personal data with us and that the contact has been informed their details may be passed to a third party for the purpose of receiving a quotation or further information.
• You confirm the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
• We reserve the right to reject, reassign, or close any lead at our discretion.
• Commission entitlement on leads is governed by your partner agreement, not these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials made available through the Portal (including but not limited to designs, text, graphics, and underlying code) are owned by or licensed to Connecting 4 Business Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality

You may have access to confidential information about our clients, business operations, pricing, and systems. You agree to keep such information confidential and not to use or disclose it except as necessary to perform your role as a partner.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Portal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connecting 4 Business Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Portal. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed £100.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal immediately without notice if you breach these Terms or your partner agreement, or if we cease to operate the Portal. You may stop using the Portal at any time by contacting us to close your account.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or via a notice in the Portal at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Portal after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
